ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT WITH SENSE OF HUMOR
Teambonding is currently recruiting for an experienced person to work in the accounting department of a successful team building and corporate entertainment company located in Sharon, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in utilizing accounting skills in a rapidly growing company in a fun and interesting industry.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering the phone in a professional manner
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring supporting documentation
- Process vendor payments and travel reimbursements
- Accounting to include accounts receivable & payable
- Reconciliation of bank & credit card statements
- Performing other miscellaneous office duties as needed
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a small office environment
- BA or BS in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping techniques
- Must be a committed team player with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail a must
- Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound

Team Bonding Facilitators
Are you intelligent, personable and contagiously energetic? Flexible? Highly motivated? Do you like to have fun? Two basic roles you might play on the teambonding team:
Lead Facilitator – Guides groups of all shapes and sizes through a dizzying array of high-energy team building events. Loves travel. Loves interacting with new people. A born leader who thrives on challenge and approaches it with humor, stamina and sensitivity.
Team Leader – Actually, you’ll need to fit the basic description of Lead Facilitator outlined above. The primary difference is that you’ll be assisting with these activities instead of leading them.
