-Have theme that ’s interesting and exciting so that the participants are motivated to play. Our spy theme is a great example producing School for Spies, Spy Hunt and Mission Possible. -Have specific objectives to be accomplished be it communication, negotiation, strategy, or conflict resolution. -Have a multitude of tools and exercises designed to meet those objectives in a fun and extremely interactive way. -Are original. We pride ourselves on our creativity and originality and our programs reflect the high energy and talent of the program designer and the facilitator.
TeamBonding’s approach to team development involves play and fun, even to tackle serious team issues.

Are you intelligent, personable and contagiously energetic? Flexible? Highly motivated? Do you like to have fun? Two basic roles you might play on the teambonding team:
Lead Facilitator – Guides groups of all shapes and sizes through a dizzying array of high-energy team building events. Loves travel. Loves interacting with new people. A born leader who thrives on challenge and approaches it with humor, stamina and sensitivity.
Team Leader – Actually, you’ll need to fit the basic description of Lead Facilitator outlined above. The primary difference is that you’ll be assisting with these activities instead of leading them.
