Back in 1998, when we were transitioning from a corporate entertainment company to a team building company, we reached out far and wide to offer the best programs “in the world” to our clients that were available. We found one of the best programs we have ever offered in was created in Australia. Power Play and it’s sister program Diamond Mine are two of the best programs that we offer and they are available for your meeting, conference or team building from September 29 – October 16th by their Australian program designer and lead facilitator.
We are offering both Power Play and Diamond Mine at a discounted rate for these dates. Don’t miss this opportunity. Call today to reserve your date!
Here are a few case studies of Power Play!
Metratech saves the World
Metratech wanted a team building event where their people could exercise their competitive and analytical side. When we hear these 2 phrases we think "Power Play" and what a success it was. "Power Play" had them wheeling and dealing, negotiating and strategizing in an attempt to save the world.
We all had a lot of fun during the "Power Play" event, but our client sums up the benefits to their company better than we could: "We have kept the same cross-functional teams we organized with you, for other company and team events during the year. The new channels of communication opened between co-workers during the Power Play exercise has certainly been a noticeable benefit to the work relationships and dynamics in the office". We couldn't have said it any better than that.
Eastman Software feels the heat of Power Play
Power Play Eastman Software (a division of Kodak) chose Miami Florida for their team of 120 people. After a close assessment of their needs and people, we recommended Power Play. Power Play is an excellent vehicle to get people from around the country talking and discussing alternative strategies in a team. In Power Play, the teams confront a world crisis situation which they can try to survive on their own or in alliance with other "countries". The participation and involvement is a joy to behold. Once again our clients say it best: "The way you managed to create a level of energy, involvement and interaction between our colleagues was a delight to behold. It worked very well both as a team building and entertainment event."
Passion is one of our key benefits. We love what we do and creating new and better ways to bond your teams is what makes us tick. We have found that with our talented facilitators, program designers and production team we can offer quality and quantity and by creating and delivering new programs, Teambonding will continue to lead the team building industry in both.
Here’s what new:
CCSI: Here’s your chance to be just like Grissom, Willows, Stokes and Captain Brass as you take on your own specially designed CCSI, just like the forensic experts do on that very popular TV show.
Teflon Chef: Get ready for the food to start flying as your Teflon Chef teams face off against each other in a frenetic culinary battle of champions.
Charity Bike Building: We all want to make a difference in this world. Here’s a rare opportunity to actually do so, with immediate, tangible results built into the process. This is an extraordinary way to infuse a conference with energy, create a feeling of immense good will and a sense of meaning larger than day-to-day work challenges.
TeamProv: Have you ever had a meeting in which everything came together magically to produce a key insight or inspiration? Most people in business do, sooner or later, Afterward, everyone says, “Wow! How did that happen?” Improv actors have learned to create those moments regularly, now your team can too!
And from our California office:
Fear Factored!: How clever, creative and courageous are your employees? Can they face their fears and still get their work done? We've heard about what brave employees your company has and we want to bring an exciting team building competition to them.
We have more programs in the pipeline and will be introducing them every few months. You will be the first to know!Although all of our clients are special, this past summer we have had one that will stay in our memories forever. When we were chosen to be the team building company to create a version of our Outrageous Olympics for the Corporate Team Games for the MA Special Olympics, we thought it was going to be special. When the Special Olympians lit the torch and gave out the medals to our Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists, we were touched. The companies that participated were forever changed.
We will be doing this again, at Harvard University, Saturday, June 16, 2007

This is our second newsletter, one that the consultants say we should offer more content in. We have plans to do just that, include more content, free stuff and information that can help you do your job better. What we have found until then is that we don’t get to say thank you nearly enough.
By you choosing Teambonding for your team building program you are allowing us to live our dreams. On a recent trip to Universal Studios, the tour guide stated that 70% of people hate their jobs. Wow. We may not be able to change the world but we are making a difference in our little end of it. We have some amazing clients, we love our jobs and are making a big dent in that statistic for our clients.
Thank you.
