@teambonding is back with another Twitter Chat! Join us as we discuss the value of our skills and the importance of great leaders! #GotSkills

We received some great feedback last week, as we tweeted about communication in the work place, and how to approach #teamvampires. This week at TeamBonding, we chose to focus on understanding the qualities of great leaders. We know that in order to become stronger team members, we must identify the personal skills that we can bring to the table. #GotSkills ? twitter chat

We hope that you’ll join us tomorrow, AUGUST 1st at 3PM, to discuss how your team builds leaders. We want to know how your team collaborates using the different skills each member has to offer! Before you participate, take a minute to think about the following questions:

Q1: What are some of the qualities that you find in great leaders?

Q2: How do your leadership qualities benefit you at work?

Q3: In what ways does your team collaborate and how do you contribute to the collaboration?

Q4: What skills do you have that are unique to your team?

Q5: How can you recognize and utilize your team members strengths and skills?
