Here’s a glimpse into our all-inclusive pricing model:
- In-Person Events: Groups of 10-20 start at $3,500-4,500 and scale with group size. Groups of 65+ pay a per-person fee based on an agreed-upon minimum with final headcount required at least 2 weeks in advance*. For example: a mid-sized event for 100 people ranges from $75-$105 per person.*Note: Making last-minute plans? No sweat! We’re happy to accommodate any timeframe and group size—whether it’s 100 people or 1,000+!
- Virtual & Hybrid Events: Groups of up to 30 start at $1,000 and scale with group size (1,000+ participants). Pricing averages $45–$60 per person without shipping and $85–$150+ per person with shipping, depending on group size.
- DIY Team Building Activities: Available in our online store starting at just $10.

Do Team Building Prices Include a Venue or Catering?
Our pricing does not cover venue or catering, as these costs vary widely based on your preferences and needs.

- If you’re still searching for a venue: We’d be happy to share recommendations! With decades of experience and thousands of events under our belt, we’ve developed a strong network of trusted venues. Whether you’re looking for a unique setting or a tried-and-true location, we can guide you toward the perfect option.
- If you’re on a tighter budget: We can even host events right in your office, depending on the activity.
- *If you’d rather not coordinate a venue: For our Mystery Bus, Do Good Bus, and Music Bus programs, the bus is the venue. These options include pick-up and drop-off from the location of your choice and handle every detail of the experience — from activities to catering. Need more than one bus? No problem! We can arrange for multiple buses to follow the same itinerary, ensuring everyone can participate.
