In Loving Memory of Michael Riley
Michael was a beloved member of the TeamBonding family. For over 14 years, Michael brought his passion, creativity, and unwavering positive spirit to our team. He was a dedicated lead facilitator who always found joy in bringing people together and inspiring teamwork.
Michael was not only an incredible facilitator but also a courageous fighter. In his battle against cancer, he showed tremendous strength, resilience, and optimism, inspiring everyone around him. Michael’s story inspired our Operation Cancer Care team building program, a tribute to his fight and triumph over cancer.
Michael will be dearly missed by his colleagues and the countless teams he helped bring together over the years. His legacy of positivity, kindness, and enthusiasm for life will always be remembered.
In tribute to Michael, we encourage everyone to cherish the moments that bring us together and continue building the connections that make life meaningful.

“Together as a team we are making a difference, making life better for others. That is one of the reasons I love this job!
When things don’t work out perfectly (things out of our control) I know no matter where I am in the country, I know I have a team behind me that will help come up with a solution. The things that are in our control, you all do a wonderful job pulling everything together. I have watched this company grow in a positive direction, each year getting better and busier!
So I thank each and everyone of you. You are a big part of the reason I love this job!”– Michael Riley, TeamBonding Lead Facilitator.
