A published author, keynote speaker, and experiences sales professional, Sam has been involved in corporate team building and training for a number of years.

He is the brainchild behind the Smile and Move and Sales Tough programs, which he created in 1998. From his work on these programs Sam has published several bestsellers, each with the goal of encouraging everyone to happily serve, to matter to the world, all with a smile.

Sam holds a BA in marketing from James Madison University. Professionally and personally, he is not a fan of going through the motions.
