Shannon Lane DuPont

Director of Program Development

In this series of articles, we take five minutes to chat with a member of the  TeamBonding team so you can get an idea of what sort of people we are.

In this installment, we talked to Shannon, Director of Program Development, about her favorite pastimes, favorite place in the world, biggest fear, and more!

How long have you been with TeamBonding?

For what feels like my entire adult life, but is really a total of 12 years. I started as an Event Manager all the way back in 2007, then left in 2010 to help care for family back home on Cape Cod. I was able to return to TB as a remote employee in 2013, and having worn many hats with the company since that time I am finally settled in my dream position as Director of Program Development.

What is your most memorable TeamBonding experience?

When our Clue Live program first went viral it was the most exciting and chaotic and unreal experience for me. We sold out two full years’ worth of public shows in a single week! I was wildly pregnant and pushing the limits of how large my one cup of coffee a day could actually be in an attempt to respond to all of our requests, but it was so worth it because that show became one of my proudest accomplishments and has now evolved as one of my favorite team building events.

What do you do with your free time?

I have two young children so there isn’t really “free time” in my life but I truly love all the family time we have instead. My husband Kevin and I especially love bringing them to the beach or for long hikes throughout the Harwich Conservation area.

What can’t you live without?

My family first and foremost, followed closely by caffeinated beverages.

What is your favorite place in the world to be?

We visited St. Lucia for our honeymoon and it was like heaven on earth. Hoping to make it back there someday!

What is your biggest fear?

I am not a fan of insects. Or snakes. Or lizards.

What is the #1 most played song on your iPod?
