When a loved one faces cancer, the question is always the same: “What can I do to help?” It’s a heartfelt ask, but finding the right way to provide meaningful support can be overwhelming. This engaging, hands-on team-building event turns that question into action—allowing your group to create care packages filled with comfort, encouragement, and essential items for those undergoing treatment.

With teamwork and purpose, your employees will assemble thoughtful kits designed to brighten the days of children and adults battling cancer. Every package you create will be delivered to hospitals and cancer care agencies, spreading hope when needed. Whether you choose a specific charity or let us connect you with one through our nationwide network, your team will walk away knowing they made a real difference. This isn’t just about giving—it’s about showing cancer patients they’re not alone, one heartfelt package at a time.

TeamBonding created this program in honor of our C.O.O.’s brother, Michael G., who is now in remission, and lead event facilitator, Michael R., who bravely beat cancer but sadly passed away from other causes. Both continue to inspire the entire TeamBonding family. Remember – attitude is everything.

Space requirement

You’ll need a large indoor space with a table for each team and a seat for every participant. 20 sq. ft. per person is a good rule of thumb. We also request rectangular banquet tables for supplies. Some outside spaces may be also work for this event – just let us know what you’re thinking.
