This program is designed to enhance employee wellness and foster a culture of continuous learning. Through various employee well-being activities, your teams will use our custom app to explore how their actions impact the well-being of their team members.
The program progresses in three stages, where participants recognize the influence of their actions on the happiness of others, make intentional choices to positively impact collective well-being, and commit to ongoing action for consistent behavior development. Together, teams will craft a vibrant plan with specific steps and deadlines, decorating their Happiness Tree as a visible reminder of their commitment to a positive and harmonious workplace.
This Employee Wellness Program is focused on the 4 primary factors connected to well-being:
- Meaningful communication – paying attention to how we speak affects others.
- Vitality & strength – physical health is psychological and emotional health.
- Joy & creativity – creativity, game approach, and happiness at work have proven to increase a team’s productivity
