A Shark Tank game that stirs entrepreneurship
How you market an idea is ultimately more important than the idea itself — and this Shark Tank activity teaches teams the power of effective presentation! Following a lighthearted intro icebreaker, teams put their heads together to create either a new product or feature. The goal might be to come up with something your company could sell, a new process to help boost your bottom line, or even a marketing strategy/ad campaign.
Our expert facilitators will also help teams brainstorm and prepare with the help of AI. After developing their big concepts, each of the Shark Teams then pitches it to a board of Sharks. The Shark Tank game judges can be company leadership, local charity representatives or our own engaging facilitators. A cool electronic voting system allows your entire group to voice their opinions.
We designed this experience to be a lively and engaging morale booster perfect for first quarter energizers, orientation meetings, or a simple and fun Shark Tank night for the whole team! And who knows? You just might come up with a concept worth pursuing.

Unrestricted – In this version, there are no limits to the ideas teams can pitch.

We typically present this event indoors. An office building, ballroom or conference room all make great choices. Allow 20 sq ft per participant as a good rule of thumb.

The rules follow the spirit of the original Shark Tank, but with a twist. Instead of investors putting real money into a product, the Sharks in this corporate Shark event cast votes for the best idea. This keeps the shark tank game competitive, fun, and inclusive for everyone.
Our facilitators guide participants in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to brainstorm ideas and develop pitches. It’s a hands-on way to experience how AI can support creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in a shark tank team setting.
Just like on TV, the Sharks evaluate each pitch for creativity, quality of the presentation, and overall viability of the product. The combination of peer voting and playful competition makes this shark tank game a powerful tool for teamwork and innovation.
