Solve The Biggest Art Heist in History!
Our wild online detective challenge is based on a fascinating true story. In 1990, two crooks in Boston somehow managed to escape with 13 valuable pieces, including works by Rembrandt, Vermeer and Manet. To this day, the thieves have never been caught. And none of the missing artwork has ever been recovered.
This virtual team building activity gives every participant a chance to practice the essential skills that make any team more productive. It’s also major fun. Once we split everyone into small investigative teams, your host lays out the known facts of the case. With images of the stolen artwork and other evidence in hand, teams then move into break-out rooms to sift through clues.
Your amateur sleuths also get to interrogate multiple live suspects. Our hilarious actors are really cut out for this – they improvise throughout, so every production is unique. Once each team comes up with a theory, everyone comes back together to share their conclusions. Since the actual crime has never been solved, we don’t know for sure what happened. But we can compare your ideas to the experts’ best guesses to determine the winning team.
TeamBonding doesn’t recommend a life of crime for anyone. But one pleasant afternoon of crime might provide just the break your team needs.
